Another 8,500 fans were recalled, on top of the 28,000 recalled in February.

The KUL fans are small, white with the logo printed on the front bottom of the heater, next to the power switch.  Recalled fans will have model number KU39221 and a “Date: 0715” printed in the lower right-hand corner.

Black fans were part of the previous recall.

Only one report of overheating has been received. No injuries or damage was reported.

Consumers are asked to immediately stop using the fans and can contact CE North America for instructions on getting a prepaid shipping label and a refund check upon receipt of the fan.
