SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio school went for a world record Wednesday morning, and you can’t break a record without breaking some eggs.
Faculty, staff, students and some parents gathered at the campus and tried to crush the most cascarons ever.

"We've found out there's no world record for cascaron crushes. So this is our first attempt to set a world record," principal Jeffrey Bryan said.
Fiesta 2017 Events on KSAT
To attempt the record, everyone stood next to each other in a circle and crushed cascarons above the head of the person next to them.
The school is still waiting to hear if they officially made it into the "Guinness Book of World Records."
