SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County Precinct 3 Commissioner Kevin Wolff was arrested early Sunday morning for driving while intoxicated.
According to a source with the San Antonio police department, Police responded to a call for a car accident at a Whataburger in the 1000 block of San Pedro.

When officers arrived they asked the driver, Wolff, to perform a field sobriety test, which determined he was intoxicated.
Police said Wolff was taken to the Magistrates office where he refused to take a breath test. Officers instead took a blood sample.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. Sunday.
