THE ALLEGATIONS: On May 26, 2013, Daniel Delgado went to his daughter's birthday party. He allegedly argued with his ex-wife, then tried to leave with their daughter. The mother "pulled their daughter out of (Delgado's) car as he was backing down the driveway." The woman said Delgado pulled out a handgun, pointed it at her and said, "You're going to regret this" before he left the party.
On June 15, 2013, Delgado allegedly rammed his ex-wife's car with his. Their child was in the woman's car. When an officer arrived at the scene, Delgado ran off. Inside Delgado's car, the officer reportedly found a wooden club and a loaded handgun, which had been reported stolen.
