SAN ANTONIO – Police are investigating after a man’s body was found at a South Side park.
Officers received a call just after 6 p.m. that a body was found at Medina Base Park in the 6300 block of Medina Base Road.

The medical examiner is now trying to determine who the man is and his cause of death.
