Employee involved in Little Red Barn shooting cooperating with police

Customer, employee may be charged in incident

SAN ANTONIO – The employee involved in the Little Red Barn shooting incident is cooperating with police, officials said.

San Antonio police spokesman Officer Doug Greene said that the employee, who has not been identified, showed up at Public Safety Headquarters Thursday afternoon and was contacted by detectives.

The waiter has not been arrested, but could be charged later pending the outcome of the investigation, Greene said.

The customer who was involved in the incident could also be charged, Greene said. The employee has also not been identified.

The shooting, which was caught on camera, showed the waiter firing three rounds at the wall. Some people at the restaurant said the server was verbally and physically assaulted after he brought out the wrong order.

No one was injured.
