Schroeder Hall, the second oldest dance hall in Texas, is for sale on eBay.

The bidding started at $1 and is now up to almost $500,000 at the time this article was published.
Schroeder is a small Texas town located between Victoria and Goliad. The dance hall is on a 5-acre plot on FM 622.
The main dance hall is 13,261 sq. feet and has been remodeled over the last 10 years and is in great shape. There is an outside patio for small outdoor shows and a 930 sq. ft. private saloon bar that’s also been remodeled and opens to the patio, according to the eBay post.
Also included in the sale is a 2.52 acre property across the street from the dance hall that includes a historic school house, two older homes, a shed and a cemetery.
