Fire causes $1.5 million in damage to NW Side home in Anaqua Springs neighborhood

Flames broke out around 12:30 p.m.

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – A fire in far northwest Bexar County caused $1.5 million worth of damage to a home in the exclusive Anaqua Springs community Sunday.

Flames broke out around 12:30 p.m. at a home in the 11300 block of Caliza Crest.

Everyone was able to get out of the house and no one was hurt.

Investigators said arson is not suspected.

Firefighters worked for hours to put out hot spots.
