SAN ANTONIO – A fire did heavy damage to a Bexar County mobile home 5 a.m. Saturday.
The fire smothered the trailer as fire companies rushed to the scene in the 8400 block of Villa Drive.

Fire crews from six surrounding communities arrived to help as flames shot from the mobile home.
Firefighters on scene said they believed someone was living in the mobile home.
The trailer is considered a total loss. The Bexar County fire marshal is investigating the cause.
