BOERNE, Texas – A portion of the Boerne Middle School South campus was evacuated Wednesday after a gas odor was reported.
The school was partially evacuated around 1:30 p.m. and emergency personnel was called to the school to assist with the evacuation.

According to school officials, students will not be allowed back into the "B" wing of the building until first responders give an all clear.
School officials said parents will be sent an updated email when more information is available.
