SAN ANTONIO – A truck carrying undeliverable bulk business mail from Victoria dropped a container of the mail onto the Loop 410 ramp to Highway 281 Friday morning.
A post office official said the mail was headed to the San Antonio Mail Processing Plant for recycling when the container was dropped around 11 a.m.

Mail was scattered across the ramp and some of the main lanes of westbound Loop 410.
Police officers were at the scene to direct traffic as workers picked up the mail.
The official said the mail was not "live," and all materials were recovered.
