SAN ANTONIO – A woman arrested early Sunday morning after a deadly rollover crash on the Southeast Side has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.

Melisa Lane Miller, 26, was taken to Baptist Medical Center for treatment before she was charged.

Police said she was driving on Kipling Avenue just after midnight Sunday when she hit a parked car.

The van she was driving flipped, and a passenger in the vehicle, Gabriel Flores, 41, was thrown out a window. He died at the scene.

Police believe that Miller was intoxicated at the time of the crash. The charge against her is a second-degree felony.
