SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner's office has identified the name of the woman found dead in Balcones Heights.
Brenda Huerta, 32, was found Tuesday afternoon near the access road at the intersection of Loop 410 and Interstate 10.
Police said someone walking by spotted the body. Authorities said there are no obvious signs of foul play.
The medical examiner is continuing to work to determine how Huerta died.
