FORECAST

THIS WEEKEND

The warming trend continues, and this weekend will be hot for mid-March with temperatures.

Headed to Port A or Rockport? It’ll be great beach weather this weekend, with highs near 80 and sunny skies. Just know water temperatures remain fairly chilly in the upper-60s.

LAKES AND RIVERS UPDATE

Lake levels remain well below normal and continue to fall, despite recent rainfall. Meanwhile, river flow is also suffering. While most area rivers do have flow, it is slow. Weather is great for tubing this weekend, just know it’ll take a while to float any great distance.
