SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are trying to learn more about the person who attacked a man, stabbing him, behind a Northwest Side convenience store late Saturday night.
They found the victim, who is in his 40s, near a drainage ditch behind a Circle K store near Evers Road and Glen Ridge Drive.
He was suffering from at least one stab wound in his upper body as a result of the attack, which happened after 11 p.m.
Police say he was in serious condition as he was loaded into an ambulance.
They say they have only a vague description of his attacker at this time.
