SAN ANTONIO – Britax is recalling more than 700,000 of its popular strollers after receiving reports of 26 injured children.
When the car seat is in the stroller, it can unexpectedly disconnect from the it and fall to the ground, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
The recall involves several models of the Britax B-Agile and BOB Motion strollers with click-and-go mounts.

Major retailers have sold these strollers since 2011. Parents are advised to contact the company at www.us.britax.com.
Restoration Hardware has recalled thousands of metal-top tables because they can contain lead, posing a danger to small children.
Four children in two homes with the tables now have elevated blood lead levels, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said.
The recalled tables are from the Railroad and Parson Railroad and have been sold since 2012. They can be returned for a replacement table or refund.

Bundling your child in a puffy coat and then strapping him or her in a car seat can be dangerous, Consumer Reports safety experts warn.
"Even when you think the straps are tight, all the air that's contained in a winter coat will compress in a crash, meaning that the harness may actually be too loose," said Jennifer Stockburger, director of operations at Consumer Reports Auto Testing. "A loose harness may allow the child to ride up or come outside the protection of the car seat shell, putting them at a higher risk of injury."
Instead of wearing a coat in their seat, Stockburger recommends securing a child in the seat and then covering with a blanket or coat on top.
