The 10,341-square-foot Georgian estate was the home of J.R. Ewing in the CBS hit, which was the network's top-rated show for much of the decade. This, of course, before his shooting death became one of the most iconic cliffhangers in television history.

The mansion sits on 4.3 acres in Parker, north of Dallas. It comes loaded with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a billiard room, a media room and an elevator. That's just the inside.

The 4.3-acre property also features a gym, pool, spa, tennis court, creekside terrace and fire pit. It was rebuilt and updated in 2003.

The neighbors aren't so bad either. Former President George W. Bush, T. Boone Pickens and Mark Cuban all live in the area, in the event you need a cup of sugar.

The list price of the home is a modest $12.95 million, and it is listed by luxury real estate agent Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
