As the year 2020 comes to a close, it has been a year like no other, one that brought a ton of changes to our home life. Whether it’s having to teach or learn from home or trying to stay healthy and active, it has been difficult to parent this year all while doing what we need to do.

To that end, KSAT 12 is hosting its first ‘Parenting in a Pandemic’ livestream special, one that will discuss all the challenges that have been dealt to moms, dads and guardians. So whether it’s school struggles, pandemic stress, health and safety concerns, managing screentime or simply battling boredom, our panel of experts has you covered.

You can watch the parenting livestream at 2 p.m. on December 3 on KSAT.com, our newsreader app or our free streaming app that can be found on Roku and other smart TV devices. Be sure to click below and leave a question for our experts or share something the pandemic has taught you about parenting.

So parents, are you still looking for fun, educational activities for the kids? Check out Meteorologist Kaiti Blake’s latest home science lab -- this time a demonstration that helps learn about solubility while also making a fun Thanksgiving craft!

And for students still seeking additional schooling help, the San Antonio Public Library continues to offer resources to help with their lessons. We also have a list of places offering free Wi-Fi for students and their families.

Stay safe and wash your hands, everybody!
