SAN ANTONIO – The culinary scene continues to expand in San Antonio and The Pearl is now offering a new one-of-a-kind eating environment.
A food hall called The Bottling Department opened Monday.
"We knew we wanted to work with an environment that did two things," said Elizabeth Fauerso, The Pearl spokeswoman.
Inside The Bottling Department, there are five different restaurants and a wine and beer bar.
The vendors inside are Bud's Southern Rotisserie, Fletcher's Hamburgers, Maybelle's Donuts, Tenko Ramen and The Good Kind.

The opening of the food hall also means the end of the construction at The Pearl.
"For now, let's kind of settle in to not having a crane overhead and really focus on programming," Fauerso said.
The Bottling Department is open every day of the week, starting at 7 a.m.
