GRILLED TRI TIP STEAK WITH CHIMICHURRI

INGREDIENTS
2lb HEB Tri Tip Steaks seasoned with salt and pepper
Chimichurri Sauce
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Place parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Spread a small amount of sauce onto raw steak. Place beef on the grill and cook for several minutes per side. Remove the steak from the grill and allow it to rest for several minutes before slicing.
Top with additional chimichurri.
