Preheat oven to 375F. Roll crescent roll dough and separate the individual pieces. Place a meatball in center of dough, stretch and wrap dough around meatballs.
Use your fingers and thumbs to smooth dough entirely over surface of the meatball. Crimp dough at the bottom of meatball and set them each on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Pressing dough down onto parchment will help seal the bottom where dough is crimped.
Brush each dough ball with olive oil and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and meatballs internal temp reads 160F.
Remove from oven and let balls to cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve these with your favorite dipping sauces.
