It's always grilling season in South Texas.
So if you're in the market for a new gas grill, new test results from Consumer Reports' may help.
Consumer Reports tested more than 100 gas grills, using sensors and created temperature maps to find grills that cook evenly.
For large grills, Consumer Reports recommended the Kenmore 16156. Sears sells it for $700.
For midsized grills, testers picked the $550 Weber Spirit E-320, sold at many retailers.
For a smaller grill, top ratings went to the $200 Broil-Mate 165154, sold at Home Depot.
