2 injured in San Antonio crash Friday night

SAN ANTONIO – Police said an SUV and a Chevy Caprice were speeding down Somerset Road near Southwest Military Drive at 10 p.m. Friday when the Caprice cut in front of the SUV and caused a crash.

The impact caused the driver of the Caprice to lose control and crash into a telephone poll. He was taken to the hospital with broken bones.

A passenger from the SUV was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said the driver of the Caprice was at fault in the crash.
