Daughter, 6, tested positive for PCP

No description found

AUSTIN, Texas – Austin police on Friday arrested a woman who they said put PCP, also known as "angel dust," in her 6-year-old daughter's school lunch.

Police said the child began hallucinating in class and told a counselor at Del Valle Popham Elementary School that she could hear "banging in her head," Austin's KXAN reports.

KXAN reports that Gutierrez told the school counselor, "Don't call EMS, and don't call CPS, I'm on my way."

Gutierrez later called EMS to her home, KXAN reports, where the girl allegedly tested positive for phencyclidine, or PCP.

The child was removed from the home by Child Protective Services and placed with family members.
