Since their arrests in October 2011, Conrad and Baron Ochoa have not made any public comments to local reporters about the crimes of which they are accused. But at least one of the brothers had no problem talking to a television documentary crew.
Last fall, a crew for MSNBC's Lockup series spent time inside the Bexar County Jail following inmates and interviewing them about life behind bars.

In one of the episodes that recently aired, the program focused on the Ochoa brothers.
In a video clip of that episode posted on the show's Facebook fan page, the documentary filmmakers follow Conrad Ochoa. According to the clip, Ochoa has been held in a special protective custody unit at the jail since his arrest for possession of child pornography in October 2011.
"I've been accused of killing and burning a child. I'm here for possession of child pornography and at one point I was accused of child molestation," Ochoa said in the interview. "Many other people in this jail would love to do me bodily harm."
Inmates accused of crimes against children are often targeted by other inmates.
Ochoa said he realized just how hated he was by fellow inmates when he was taken to the Bexar County Courthouse for a hearing.
"After being seen on the news I was at the courthouse and I was put into an area that was sectioned off from other inmates," Ochoa said. "I was recognized by people that had never talked to me telling me some pretty horrific things they'd like to do to me and how if I ever get found in general population that I wouldn't live there very long."
At the time the interview was conducted, Conrad Ochoa was awaiting trial on charges he possessed child pornography including a video that depicted his brother Baron having sex with an unidentified young girl.

Bexar County District Attorney Susan Reed announced Tuesday the brothers were indicted on Capital Murder charges.
While he was just considered a suspect in he murders when he gave the interview to MSNBC, Conrad Ochoa denied the allegations against him and said he could have never harmed his daughter.
"She was my little girl. She was my reason for living at that point," Ochoa said. " She was a bundle of energy. She always had something to say and she was a million laughs a minute, that's my baby."
Despite his claims of innocence, Reed said prosecutors will prove the Ochoa brothers were equally involved in the murders of Sammy Ochoa, her mom Rebecca Gonzales and their roommate Pamela Wenske.
Reed said she plans to seek the death penalty for both men.
