Arturo Ruiz said he bought the tortilla in a package from HEB last Tuesday. When he was making breakfast this morning, he was heating up the tortilla and when he flipped it, he saw an image he was sure he'd seen before.

"I thought I was hallucinating, so I showed it to others and everybody claimed (the tortilla) showed Jesus," Ruiz said.
Some of our Facebook friends agreed.
"I see it a form of what we believe the image of Christ to look like," said Blanca Rosa.
"Well I can't lie. Looks kinda Jesus like," said Amy Bishop Hayden.
Others weren't so sure.
"I'm gonna say Darth Vader," said Carin Garrett Kopecki.
"Looks like a dog under a street light," said Mary Taylor.
More than one person figured out how the mark wound up on the tortilla and served up some advice to Ruiz.
"Burnt tortilla...nothing more. Slap some butter, drizzle some honey on it and go to town chowing down on it," said Raymond Powlesson.
Ruiz said he's down on his luck these days. He's facing eviction and expects his cell phone service to be cut off soon. He's hoping someone will be interested in buying the tortilla from him.
