Officers were initially called to a disturbance around 4 a.m. at a food mart near the intersection of Gardendale and Datapoint.
Police said Blair charged at officers and jumped into a San Antonio police SUV. Blair made it a few hundred feet in the stolen police vehicle before crashing into another car.
Investigators said Blair charged at Officer Harris again and she shot and killed him. Harris, a 4-year-veteran, was placed on administrative duty as per department protocol.
