SAN ANTONIO – An argument between a couple ended with a man being stabbed early Thursday morning on the near Northwest Side.
San Antonio police responded to the stabbing at the Woodlawn Ranch Apartments in the 300 block of West Cheryl around 2 a.m. Thursday.

According to investigators, a woman in her late 20s stabbed a man after an argument and fled the scene.
The victim was taken to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police said the suspect faces aggravated assault charges. It was unclear what started the argument.
