UNIVERSAL CITY, Texas – A Universal City man is accused of taking part in the sexual assault of a woman by holding her down while another man allegedly groped her.
Jeremy Holman, 22, was arrested Monday on a charge of sexual assault.
Although an arrest warrant affidavit related to the case mentions the other man by name, it does not state that he has been arrested yet.
The affidavit stated that the woman told Universal City police that she went to the home of another man on July 28 to watch movies with him and Holman.
She told detectives that both men had been drinking, and when the conversation turned to her previous relationship, they became aggressive, the affidavit stated.
The woman said the other man placed her in a choke hold while Holman pulled her down by her hair, then held her while the other man groped and fondled her, the affidavit stated.
At one point, she said, the other man stopped, but then Holman encouraged him to continue, the affidavit stated.
After his arrest, Holman was booked into the Bexar County Jail with bond set at $75,000.
