THE ALLEGATIONS: On April 22, 2013, Hawthorne, who also goes by the name of Keywarn Burton, was involved in an argument with a woman he was living with. She told police he hit her. She showed an officer a mark on her back she said was a result of Hawthorne punching her. Hawthorne told police he was sleeping when the woman woke him asking about another woman's phone number on his cell phone. Hawthorne said the woman came at him with a knife.
