WACO, Texas – A Waco TV meteorologist was shot multiple times in the parking lot of the station early Wednesday morning.
According to KCENTV.com, Patrick Crawford exchanged words with a man before the meteorologist was shot with a semi-automatic handgun.

Crawford managed to drive away and flag down a construction worker, who called for help, the report stated. Crawford was taken to a hospital in Temple, where he underwent surgery.
Police are still searching for the gunman.
Crawford has been with the station two years.
