SAN ANTONIO – Students and staff at Leon Valley Elementary School were evacuated Friday morning.
According to North Side Independent School District's Facebook page, some smoke in the cafeteria and an adjacent classroom prompted the evacuation.
The students were moved to the gym.
No injuries were reported.
The all-clear was given by the Fire Department at 10 a.m., and students and staff were allowed back in their classrooms.
