SAN ANTONIO – It's only been a few weeks since Phillip Flores was accused of sexually assaulting a woman. He hasn't had a chance to tell police his side of the story. Flores has been missing -- presumably on the run -- since June.
"Flores allegedly sexually assaulted a female victim while she was under the influence," said Deputy United States Marshal Chris Bozeman.
Flores, 22, is wanted on a charge of sexual assault.
"Flores fled the scene before police officers arrived to avoid questioning," said Bozeman.
Flores has lived on the city's West Side.
He stands 5'3" tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
