SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person responsible for the shooting death of Paul Nieves.
According to police, Nieves was found shot to death at the corner of North Zarzamora and Morales streets on Sept. 6.

Authorities were dispatched to the above location after reports of shots fired before dusk. When officers arrived, they noticed a vehicle stopped in the middle of the intersection and Nieves lying lifeless in front of an insurance office, police said.
After further investigation, police said they found evidence that led to believe Nieves was killed a few blocks down on North Rosillo and Barnes Alley.
Crime Stoppers is willing to pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the slaying of Nieves.
