SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating a shooting at a motel early Tuesday morning.
The shooting occurred around 6:30 a.m. at the Economy Inn in the 2400 block of SW Loop 410 on the city's far West Side.

SAPD said the victim originally showed up to visit people staying in one of the hotel rooms.
Police said the people in the motel room -- two men and a woman -- beat the victim before shooting him in the leg.
The suspects then drove off in a white Lexus.
Police said the victim is not being cooperative so they do not know the motive yet.
The man suffered a non-life-threatening wound to his leg.
