SAN ANTONIO – Police say a man was killed Saturday morning when his truck was hit by a wrong-way driver on Interstate 35.
The crash happened before 4 a.m. on I-35 near N. Walters Street. Police said a red Chevy pickup truck was heading the wrong way on the highway and hit a silver truck head on.

The driver of the silver truck was killed by the impact, according to officials.
Authorities say the driver of the Chevy pickup truck was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
