SAN ANTONIO – Djamon West, 17, has been arrested for forcing his way inside an apartment and assaulting a man before stealing multiple items, an arrest affidavit says.
The affidavit says the incident occurred Jan. 14 in the 1300 block of Patricia near Churchill High School on the city's North Side.
According to the affidavit, West and three other men forced a man inside his apartment and struck him in the forehead with the butt of a rifle before forcing his girlfriend to the floor. The group stole a television, a Playstation video game console, an iPhone and key fob.
Police said a witness saw the suspects run from the apartment and drive away, before returning two days later.
Police arrested West after he returned to the scene of the crime.
At this time It is not known if the other men involved have been arrested.
West is now charged with aggravated robbery.
