SAN ANTONIO – Two brothers are accused of working together to steal cellphones from a FedEx box and sell them at phone recycling kiosks.
Joe Anthony Lopez, 19, and Johnny Lopez Jr., 21, are accused of stealing four phones from a package that was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 9.

The person the box was addressed to called police when they found the box empty. The victim gave investigators the serial numbers for the phones.
The brothers are charged with cargo theft.
