SAN ANTONIO – A Castle Hills police officer was injured during a foot chase early Sunday on the city's Northwest Side.
The officer responded to a call around 4 a.m. about a man on the rooftop of a home, police said.

When the officer approached the man, he jumped off the roof and ran toward Loop 410 and Northwest Military Drive, police said.
The officer ran after the man, and during the chase, a passing car ran over the officer's foot. The officer suffered a minor injury and was transported to University Hospital.
The man was also transported to University Hospital with an unknown injury and condition.
