NW San Antonio man wanted for repeated sex assault of teen

Victor Cortez, 64, accused of continuous sexual abuse of a child

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man has been sought after for more than two years on charges he repeatedly sexually assaulted a girl young enough to be his granddaughter.

Victor Cortez, 64, was indicted on three counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child in May 2014.

"The indictment alleged that Cortez sexually abused and violated a female child multiple times over the course of several months. The victim was under the age of 14 years old," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Bozeman.

Cortez has black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 152 pounds.

"His last known place of residence was on the Northwest Side of San Antonio," said Bozeman.
