SAN ANTONIO – While the photo of Florencio Ruiz Viramontez the U.S. Marshals have released is not new, the charges against him are.
Viramontez, 62, has been wanted since June 2014 when he was indicted on four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
"The indictment alleged that Viramontez sexually assaulted a female child multiple times on separate occasions. The victim was under the age of 14 years old," said Deputy Chris Bozeman.
Viramontez is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
"His last known place of residence was on the South Side of San Antonio," Bozeman said.
