SAN ANTONIO – The name of a decapitated body that was found burning in a dumpster was released Wednesday by the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.
The victim was identified as Javier Soto, 43, who is from the Houston area.

Soto's body was discovered early Sunday in an apartment complex parking lot at 2303 Goliad Road, police said.
The cause of death was homicidal violence, including sharp force injury, the ME's Office said.
No arrests have been made.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
