SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have a motive, but still no suspect in the decades-old murder of a local store clerk.
Henry Crabtree was working as a night manager at the Circle K Convenience Store in the 4500 block of Culebra Road on Feb. 15, 1979. Police said he was found stabbed to death inside the store in the early morning hours.

Police believe robbery was the motive.
"The cash register was tipped over and money from the register was missing," police said.
Police have asked for help in identifying a suspect or witnesses to the killing.
The case is still being investigated by SAPD's Cold Case Squad.
