SAN ANTONIO – The snowstorm that crippled the Northeast U.S. also hampered the travel plans for Reps. Beto O’Rourke and Will Hurd.

The men had planned to fly back to the nation’s capital, but their flights were canceled. So the pair rented a car Tuesday morning in San Antonio and hit the road to Washington, D.C.
