The caller said a woman at the apartment “was having some sort of a psychotic attack.”

When officers arrived, the woman answered the door naked and the man inside was having a heart attack, police said.

Officers attempted to revive Javier Angulo-Fernandez, 30, but he didn't make it.

Police said the woman admitted she had hit him in the face and bit Angulo-Fernandez during the argument.

"I can say that this female is a suspect in a homicide,” Officer Doug Greene said. “We're investigating as a homicide until we hear otherwise from the medical examiner."

The woman was taken into custody. Greene said if the medical examiner finds injury from the fight led to the man's heart attack, the woman could be facing charges in his death.
