SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man won $1 million in a Texas Lottery scratch ticket game.

John Mikus bought an Instant Millionaire ticket at the Z-Mart at 3818 Quiet Meadow Street, lottery officials said in a news release.

The store is eligible for a $10,000 retailer bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Mikus claimed the third of 40 prizes worth $1 million available in the game, which offers more than $519 million in total prizes.

Overall odds of winning any prize in the game are 1 in 3.20, including break-even prizes, lottery officials said.
