COMAL COUNTY, Texas – A week after a man was found dead at a home in Canyon Lake, the man investigators believe killed him is behind bars.
Comal County sheriff deputies caught up with Brendyn Chmiel on Sunday but he was able to get away.

Chmiel, 24, was found on Monday and arrested.
He has been charged with murder in the death of Glenn Douglas Larssen.
Larssen, 56, was found on Nov. 20 in the 700 block of Rambling Drive.
Investigators have not released additional information about the crime.
UPDATE: SUSPECT IS IN CUSTODY
