SAN ANTONIO – A man who was once arrested in a 2012 murder is facing charges once again in the case.
A grand jury indicted Leandre Vonzell Hill on Tuesday in the murder of 20-year-old Randall Perkins.

The indictment comes two years after the previous Bexar County district attorney dropped the charges against Hill, citing a lack of witnesses.
Perkins was at an apartment complex near the University of Texas at San Antonio when he was shot and killed.
