The body was identified as that of Juan Jose Mora, 34.
An autopsy has been ordered.

A girl on the West Side made a gruesome discovery Sunday as she walked her dog along Zarzamora Creek and found a man’s body floating in the water.
Authorities said the girl was walking near 26th and Travis streets when she noticed the man’s body.
Officials have not identified the person but say he’s a Hispanic male, and his body showed signs of decomposition.
