BEXAR COUNTY ā The man killed in a two-vehicle crash in East Bexar County late Tuesday night has been identified as Jeffery Boyette, 61, according to the Medical Examiner's Office.
Bexar County Sheriff's investigators said crash happened just after 9 p.m. on Loop 1604 near Schuwirth Road, not far from Interstate 10.

BCSO said Boyette was seen swerving on the highway. Officials said he crossed into incoming traffic, crashed head-on into an SUV. He died at the scene.
The driver and passenger in the SUV were airlifted to the hospital with injuries, but they are expected to recover.
